Vulcanizing Press

This Sturdy well-made unit features Microprocessor Based Digital PID Temperature for maximum accuracy and proper operation. PID Temperature Memorize the Temperature you set until you reset it & Lets you know when the vulcanizer has reached the set temperature and is ready to use. Temperature is accurately maintained in °C  with the & the built–in 1-hour timer automatically shuts off the vulcanizer at the end of the cycle.

Heavy Duty alignment guides for even pressure ,Heavy duty guide post and 3/4” diameter pressure screw to assure perfect alignment of both platens. Steel Platens and Guide Rods are chrome plated to Prevent Corrosion. Frame is made of Graded Cast iron and base is predrilled for easy mounting.
